Do I need a referral for WorkCover physiotherapy?
Yes — you’ll need a GP referral confirming physiotherapy treatment, a valid WorkCover claim number, and insurer approval. Once these are in place, we bill your insurer directly.
Will I have any out-of-pocket costs?
No — for approved WorkCover claims, we bill your insurer directly and there is no out-of-pocket expense for the patient.
How quickly can I start treatment?

No — you can book directly without a GP referral. A referral may qualify you for Medicare rebates under a CDM plan.

Initial consultations are typically 45–60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 30–45 minutes depending on your condition and treatment.

Comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated and allows you to move freely. Shorts are helpful if you have a lower limb complaint.

In most cases, yes — your physiotherapist will aim to provide some hands-on treatment at your first session along with your assessment. You’ll also leave with practical advice and exercises to start immediately.

Yes. We accept Medicare referrals under eligible care plans. If you have a valid referral from your GP, our team can help you claim your Medicare rebate and explain any out-of-pocket costs.

Yes. We welcome both WorkCover and Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) patients. Our experienced physiotherapists can assist with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation under approved WorkCover and DVA claims.
