How do I book my first NDIS appointment?
Call us on 0409 371 217 or book online. Please bring your NDIS plan details to your first appointment. In most cases, yes — your physiotherapist will aim to provide some hands-on treatment at your first session along with your assessment. You’ll also leave with practical advice and exercises to start immediately.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand life can be busy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, as this time is reserved especially for you.

No — you can book directly without a GP referral. A referral may qualify you for Medicare rebates under a CDM plan.

Initial consultations are typically 45–60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 30–45 minutes depending on your condition and treatment.

Comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated and allows you to move freely. Shorts are helpful if you have a lower limb complaint.

Yes. We accept Medicare referrals under eligible care plans. If you have a valid referral from your GP, our team can help you claim your Medicare rebate and explain any out-of-pocket costs.
